Infliximab reduces the effects of a substance in the body that can cause inflammation.

Infliximab is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and severe or disabling plaque psoriasis in adults.

Infliximab is also used to treat ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease in adults and children at least 6 years old.

Infliximab is often used when other medicines have not been effective.

Diclofenac ophthalmic (eye) solution is used to treat pain or swelling of the eye following cataract surgery. It is also used to relieve temporary pain and photophobia (oversensitivity of the eyes to light) in patients undergoing corneal refractive surgery (surgical procedure to reduce or cure certain eye or vision problems). This medicine is a topical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
