Conventional irinotecan: Used as a component of first-line therapy in combination with fluorouracil and leucovorin for the treatment of metastatic carcinoma of the colon or rectum.

Conventional irinotecan: Used as a single agent for treatment of metastatic carcinoma of the colon or rectum in patients whose disease has recurred or progressed following initial therapy with fluorouracil-based antineoplastic regimens.

Liposomal irinotecan: Used in combination with fluorouracil and leucovorin for the treatment of metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas in patients whose disease has progressed following gemcitabine-based chemotherapy (designated an orphan drug by FDA for treatment of this cancer ).

Conventional irinotecan: Used in combination with cisplatin for the initial treatment of extensive small cell lung cancer.

Conventional irinotecan: Under investigation for the treatment of metastatic or recurrent cervical cancer.

Prozac Weekly is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) antidepressant. This medicine affects chemicals in the brain that may be unbalanced in people with depression, panic, anxiety, or obsessive-compulsive symptoms.

Prozac Weekly is used to treat major depressive disorder, bulimia nervosa (an eating disorder) obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).

Prozac Weekly is sometimes used together with another medication called olanzapine (Zyprexa) to treat manic depression caused by bipolar disorder. This combination is also used to treat depression after at least 2 other medications have been tried without successful treatment of symptoms.
