Coadministration with mirabegron has been shown to slightly alter the pharmacokinetics of single-dose warfarin. When a 25 mg dose of racemic warfarin was administered after multiple dosing of mirabegron 100 mg, mean warfarin peak plasma concentration (Cmax) and systemic exposure (AUC) increased by approximately 4% and 9%, respectively. Mirabegron had no effect on warfarin pharmacodynamic endpoints such as International Normalized Ratio (INR) and prothrombin time. However, the effect of mirabegron on multiple doses of warfarin has not been fully investigated.
