Lefamulin acetate is a pleuromutilin antibacterial indicated in adults for the treatment of community-acquired bacterial pneumonia (CABP) caused by susceptible microorganisms.

To reduce the development of drug resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of lefamulin acetate and other antibacterial drugs, lefamulin acetate should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by bacteria.

Remodulin dilates (widens) the arteries and decreases the amount of blood clotting platelets in your body. These effects lower blood pressure in the pulmonary artery that leads from the heart to the lungs.

Remodulin is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Remodulin improves your ability to exercise and can help prevent your condition from getting worse.
