Leuprolide and norethindrone is a combination medicine used to treat symptoms of endometriosis (overgrowth of uterine lining outside of the uterus).

Leuprolide helps treat pain caused by endometriosis.

Norethindrone helps prevent thinning bones (a side effect of leuprolide).

Leuprolide and norethindrone is not for use in women who are older than 65.

Tbo-filgrastim (Granix) is a man-made form of a protein that stimulates the growth of white blood cells in your body. White blood cells help your body fight against infection.

Tbo-filgrastim is used to reduce the duration of severe neutropenia, a lack of certain white blood cells caused by receiving chemotherapy with certain cancer medications.

Tbo-filgrastim is for use in adults and children who are least 1 month old.
