Lofexidine and nitroglycerin may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate. MANAGEMENT: Hemodynamic responses should be monitored during coadministration of lofexidine with antihypertensive agents, especially during the first few weeks of therapy.
