Olaparib is used to treat ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or peritoneal cancer in women with a certain abnormal inherited gene.

Olaparib is sometimes given when cancer has come back after treatment with other medications.

Olaparib is also used to treat HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body before or after prior chemotherapy or hormonal treatment.

Olaparib is sometimes used only if your cancer has a specific genetic marker (an abnormal "BRCA" gene). Your doctor will test you for this gene.

Olaparib may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Taclonex contains a combination of betamethasone and calcipotriene. Betamethasone is a steroid. It prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation. Calcipotriene is a form of vitamin D. It works by decreasing the rate of skin cell reproduction.

Taclonex topical (for the skin) is a combination medicine used to treat plaque psoriasis.

Adults may use the suspension (liquid) form of this medicine on the skin or the scalp. The liquid may be used only on the scalp in children who are at least 12 years old.

Taclonex topical ointment should be used only on the skin and only by adults.
