Lyrica CR is an anti-epileptic drug, also called an anticonvulsant. It works by slowing down impulses in the brain that cause seizures. This medicine also affects chemicals in the brain that send pain signals across the nervous system.

Lyrica CR is used to treat pain caused by fibromyalgia, or nerve pain in people with diabetes (diabetic neuropathy), herpes zoster (post-herpetic neuralgia), or spinal cord injury.

Lyrica CR is also used with other medications to treat partial onset seizures in adults and children who are at least 4 years old.

Ustekinumab injection is used to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in patients who may benefit from receiving phototherapy (ultraviolet light treatment) or other treatments. Ustekinumab may be used alone or in combination with methotrexate to treat active psoriatic arthritis.

Ustekinumab injection is also used to treat moderate to severely active Crohn's disease in adult patients who have already received other medicines (eg, corticosteroids, azathioprine, 6-mercaptopurine, methotrexate) but did not work well or were not well-tolerated.
