Methoxyflurane and Rimactane

GENERALLY AVOID: Coadministration with drugs that induce CYP450 isoenzymes, particularly 2E1 and/or 2A6, may increase the rate of methoxyflurane metabolism and its potential toxicity.

MANAGEMENT: Concomitant use of methoxyflurane with CYP450 2E1 and/or 2A6 inducers should generally be avoided.
