Consumer:Using morphine together with SUFentanil may affect your heart and alter your breathing. This can cause changes in blood pressure, arrhythmias, or other heart abnormalities. MANAGEMENT: The dosage of alfentanil, remifentanil, or sufentanil may need to be decreased in patients who have received large doses of narcotics.
