Multivitamins provide essential vitamins and minerals that are not taken in to the body through diet.

Fluoride strengthens tooth enamel, which helps prevent dental cavities. In most major U.S. communities, fluoride is put into the water supply.

MVC-Fluoride are used as a supplement to the diet of infants and children who do not receive adequate fluoride through drinking water. MVC-Fluoride are also used to prevent tooth decay in people treated with radiation, which may cause dryness of the mouth and increased risk of tooth decay.

Topotecan injection is used to treat patients with metastatic cancer (a cancer that has already spread) of the ovaries after other treatments have failed. Topotecan is also used to treat a certain type of lung cancer called small cell lung cancer. It is also used in combination with cisplatin to treat cancer of the cervix that has come back and cannot be treated with surgery or radiation.

Topotecan belongs to the group of medicines called antineoplastics. It interferes with the growth of cancer cells, which are eventually destroyed. Since the growth of normal cells may also be affected by the medicine, other effects may also occur. Some of these may be serious and must be reported to your doctor. Other effects, like hair loss, may not be serious but may cause concern. Some effects may occur after treatment with topotecan has been stopped.

Topotecan is to be given only by or under the direct supervision of your doctor.
