Cholestyramine may interfere with the absorption of phytonadione. You should take phytonadione at least 1 hour before or 4 to 6 hours after cholestyramine. MANAGEMENT: If oral vitamin K is given concurrently, it should be taken at least 1 hour before or 4 to 6 hours after cholestyramine.
