Nucynta ER is an opioid medication used to treat moderate to severe pain.

The extended-release form of Nucynta ER (Nucynta ER) is for around-the-clock treatment of pain that is not controlled by other medicines. This form of tapentadol is not for use on an as-needed basis for pain.

Sotalol is a beta-blocker and antiarrhythmic. It works by affecting the response to nerve impulses in certain parts of the body, like the heart. As a result, the heart beats slower and at a regular rhythm.
