Onfi (clobazam) is a benzodiazepine (ben-zoe-dye-AZE-eh-peen). Clobazam affects chemicals in the brain that may be unbalanced in people with anxiety.

Onfi is a prescription medicine used in combination with other medications to treat seizures caused by Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a severe form of childhood epilepsy that also causes developmental and behavior problems.

Onfi in for use in patients 2 years of age or older. It is not known if this medicine is safe and effective in children less than 2 years old.

Simulect lowers your body's immune system. The immune system helps your body fight infections. The immune system can also fight or "reject" a transplanted organ such as a liver or kidney. This is because the immune system treats the new organ as an invader.

Simulect is used with other medications to prevent organ rejection after a kidney transplant.
