Pemetrexed injection is used alone or together with other medicines (eg, carboplatin, cisplatin, pembrolizumab) to treat non-squamous, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread, or has not progressed after a previous platinum-based cancer treatment, or that has come back. It is also used together with cisplatin to treat malignant pleural mesothelioma (cancer that affects the inside lining of the lungs and chest wall) that cannot be removed by surgery. Pemetrexed belongs to the group of medicines called antineoplastics.

Pemetrexed is given only by or under the direct supervision of your doctor.

Secukinumab injection is used to treat moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in patients who may benefit from receiving phototherapy (ultraviolet light treatment) or other treatments. It is also used to treat active psoriatic arthritis and active ankylosing spondylitis.
