Pexidartinib hydrochloride is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with symptomatic tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) associated with severe morbidity or functional limitations and not amenable to improvement with surgery.

Symptomatic treatment of mild, uncomplicated allergic skin manifestations of urticaria and angioedema.
