Phenobarbital is used to treat or prevent seizures. Phenobarbital is also used short-term as a sedative to help you relax.

Budesonide is used to treat an inflammatory bowel disease called Crohn's disease. This medicine works inside the intestine (bowel) to reduce inflammation and symptoms of the disease. Budesonide extended-release tablets are used to help get active mild to moderate ulcerative colitis under control (induce remission).
