Pimozide works by changing the actions of chemicals in the brain.

Pimozide is used in people with Tourette's syndrome. Pimozide suppresses the physical (motor) and vocal (phonic) symptoms of tics when these symptoms interfere with daily life function.

Pimozide is not for use in treating motor tics that are not caused by Tourette's syndrome.

Xeljanz XR is used to treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis or active psoriatic arthritis in adults who have tried methotrexate or other medications without successful treatment of symptoms. This medicine is sometimes given in combination with methotrexate or other arthritis medicines.

Xeljanz XR is also used to treat moderate to severe ulcerative colitis in adults who cannot use certain other medications, or after other treatments have failed. Extended-release this medicine (Xeljanz XR) is not for use in treating ulcerative colitis.
