Xpovio (selinexor) is used to treat multiple myeloma in adults.

Xpovio is given together with a steroid medicine called dexamethasone and is given after other specific medications did not work or have stopped working.

Xpovio was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on an "accelerated" basis. In clinical studies, some people responded to this medicine, but further studies are needed.
