Sarilumab injection is used alone or together with other medicines (eg, methotrexate) to treat symptoms of moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis. Sarilumab helps keep joint damage from getting worse after other medicines have been used and did not work well. It is a monoclonal antibody.

Sarilumab is available only with your doctor's prescription.

Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

Codeine is a narcotic cough suppressant. It affects the signals in the brain that trigger cough reflex.

Tuzistra XR is a combination medicine used to treat cough, runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes caused by allergies or the common cold. Tuzistra XR is for use in adults and children who are at least 12 years old.

Do not give this medicine to anyone younger than 18 years old who recently had surgery to remove the tonsils or adenoids.
