Ustekinumab injection is used to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in patients who may benefit from receiving phototherapy (ultraviolet light treatment) or other treatments. Ustekinumab may be used alone or in combination with methotrexate to treat active psoriatic arthritis.

Ustekinumab injection is also used to treat moderate to severely active Crohn's disease in adult patients who have already received other medicines (eg, corticosteroids, azathioprine, 6-mercaptopurine, methotrexate) but did not work well or were not well-tolerated.

Ustekinumab is available only with your doctor's prescription.

Venetoclax is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic leukemia in adults. Venetoclax is used alone or in combination with other cancer medicines to treat these conditions.

Venetoclax is used in combination with azacitidine, decitabine, or cytarabine to treat acute myeloid leukemia. This combination is for use in adults who are 75 years or older, or who cannot use standard chemotherapy due to other medical conditions.

Venetoclax is sometimes given after other treatments have failed.
